By accessing and purchasing from OETHEL, you agree to the following terms.

PRODUCTS, SIZING & CARE

The size guide is provided as a general reference. Fit may vary depending on silhouette and fabrication. For fit inquiries, please contact oethel.bo@gmail.com before purchasing.
All garments and jewellery pieces are handcrafted and may present slight variations, making each piece unique.
Specific care instructions are provided where applicable. Failure to follow care guidelines voids eligibility for return or replacement.

OETHEL is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or incorrect storage.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
OETHEL reserves the right to modify prices, product descriptions, availability, and promotional terms at any time.
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers. OETHEL does not store full payment details.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise specified.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination.
OETHEL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Refused shipments due to unpaid fees will result in return costs being deducted from the refund.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (EU customers) provided that:

Items are unworn, unused, and undamaged
Original tags and packaging are intact

For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain jewellery items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

The following items are non-returnable:

Made-to-order or customized pieces
Sale items (unless faulty)
Gift cards

To request a return, contact oethel.bo@gmail.com with your order number before sending the item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, design, branding, and product concepts — is the property of OETHEL and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

LIABILITY

OETHEL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, allergic reactions to materials, or delays beyond reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for reviewing material descriptions before purchase.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
