RETURN & Refund Policy

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction remains our priority. Each request is carefully reviewed and handled individually.
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt

  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Items must show no signs of wear, stains, damage, alteration, or washing
     

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.
 

Please note that only one return per order is permitted.
 

Refunds are issued for the original purchase amount only. Taxes, customs duties, additional charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Sale items

  • Items purchased during promotional periods

  • Special or custom orders

  • Made-to-order pieces
     

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email oethel.bo@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Clearly state whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.

  3. Securely pack the item(s) in an appropriate shipping box.

  4. Seal the parcel carefully and ship using your preferred courier.

  5. Send us the tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.
     

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
 

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item(s).

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Refunds are calculated based on the original purchase price and are not subject to currency fluctuations at the time of reimbursement.
 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All products undergo quality control before shipment. However, if you receive:

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from the moment the courier marks the package as delivered.

Your email must include:

  • A video showing the unopened package being opened

  • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item

  • Your order confirmation or receipt

  • A brief description of the issue
     

After evaluation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)

  • Shipment of the correct item

  • Full refund
     

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
 

EXCHANGES

Items may be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.

Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
 

Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Items purchased during sales, special promotions, or custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
